Oliver is not just a coach; he is a recalibrator of leaders and visionaries. He has transformed the lives of hundreds of clients since 2020.

His own spiritual journey began with the death of his sister and an intense search for meaning, which ultimately led him to meditation. He is a certified 500 Hour Yoga and Meditation Instructor with Hridaya Yoga and a certified breathwork facilitator with Soma Breath. His personal practice includes regular silent meditation retreats of up to 50 days at a time.

Claire brings embodied presence, depth and feminine heart to the field.

A 500-hour certified Yoga and Meditation Instructor (Hridaya Yoga + Agama), she has guided hundreds of students with both softness and rigour - and a clarity that pierces illusion and calls her students into alignment.

Her journey began over a decade ago with a passion for traditional Tantric teachings. Claire has spent hundreds of days in silent meditation retreats, which she describes as the most transformative experiences of her life.

I do not have much meditation experience. Is this retreat right for me?
Yes. This retreat provides the ideal environment for you to do deep inner work, and create lasting change in the very structure of your mind, which will benefit you for years and decades to come. However, simply be aware that you will meet the tendencies of your own mind, and be ready to encounter both love-bliss and challenges.
When do we start the retreat?
Please make sure to arrive by 3pm of the first day in order for you to check in, have a little snack, and then join the orientation meeting. We will officially start the silence on the morning of day two, so attending the welcome and orientation meeting is essential to get set up for the retreat, introduce basic techniques, and have your questions answered before we enter sacred silence.
Is this retreat for men or women?
Everybody is welcome. The hall will be divided in to men’s and women’s sections, in order to allow everyone to truly focus on their own inner process and minimize distractions.
What if I cannot sit on the floor for that long?
We will place chairs in the hall that will be shared among retreat participants. If you have a special need to reserve a chair for the entire retreat duration, we will make that happen as well.
Which style of Yoga do we practice?
Hridaya Yoga is a form of classical Hatha yoga that integrates the spiritual vision of tantric non-duality. It is a perfect compliment to sitting meditation and supports the body through the process.
How is meditation different or better than other modalities, such as breathwork, plant medicine, or others?
We live in a fast-paced world that prioritizes instant results or fast peak experiences. While there is a value in having peak experiences to widen our consciousness, such peak experiences do not fundamentally change the STRUCTURE of our being. Meditation, on the other hand, provides a path for gradual, deep, and lasting transformation. The highest states of consciousness and self recognition are accessed not through psychedelics or plant medicines, but through unmediated stillness.
Can I expense the retreat as a business expense?
